While Yelp has contributed to over 171 million reviews, it also remains a top place for search engines to pull business information. In order to make sure people can find your business and that your rank highly in search engines, Yelp is a must. Here is how to add your business to Yelp.

How to add your business to Yelp.

1. Go to Yelp For Business Owners.

Get started by going to Yelp For Business Owners and clicking on Manage my free listing.

List your business on yelp.

2. Find or add your business.

Search for your business and press continue.

If you can’t find your business, then enter your business information on the form in order to add your business.

3. Log In or Sign up for Yelp in order to claim.

The next step is to log in or create a Yelp account in order to claim and manage your business listing. Use an email that you will check often. Reviews and notification will be sent to this email address.

4. Verify your claim.

Yelp will call your business number and give you a code to verify ownership of the business. Once you have done this, you are all set. Be sure to add pictures and make sure your listing is attractive to customers!
