Who is Ralph Castro

Ralph Castro is The Remote Firm’s Industry Analyst providing rich industry research which includes but not limited to 5 year risk forward looking metrics, risk profile and industry outlook. Ralph works also as a Lead Consultant for Xerox Business Systems division in the Northeast corridor of the U.S. He spearheads all product development, marketing initiatives and partner ecosystem for Xerox’s branded Managed Services practice. From 2016 to 2020, Ralph has held positions as Lead Consultant and technical contributor to leading VAR’s in NY developing their Managed Service Practices. As a Lead Consultant, he has led sales teams in developing comprehensive sales strategies leading to a consistent sales growth and customer acquisition year over year. From 2009 to 2016, Ralph has worked for Kalahari / GFI as Managing Director leading all sales efforts of North America. While at Kalahari, he sold their algorithmic trading platform to money market managers, heads of desks, brokers and traders to F100 financial institutions worldwide. Ralph holds an M.S in Information Science from Pace University and an MBA in Finance and Accounting from the University of Maryland Robert Smith School of Business.
