As a remote researcher, you will help define and deliver a new product that helps patients manage their Parkinson’s disease, or chronic pain. You will guide the team’s generative and evaluative research, and explore customer attitudes, behaviors, needs, and pain points. You will turn ambiguity into actionable research questions. Your written and visual presentations will influence roadmaps and decision making at all product development stages.
- Curious, strategic, growth mindset, bias for action, clear communicator, accountable team player
- 5+ years experience on a software development team, preferably B2B2C products
- Experience with research methodology and selecting the right method e.g. ethnography, interviews, surveys, usability tests, journey maps, and more…
- Enjoy solving complex problems, navigating regulatory requirements, and balancing multiple customer needs e.g. patients, physicians, therapy, insurance companies
- Fluent in quantitative, qualitative data analysis, monitoring, and reporting
- Effective managing stakeholder relationships, priorities, and dependencies
- Experience with a full product lifecycle, and integrating, prioritizing customer feedback
- Experience with hardware (waterfall), lean, and agile delivery, iterative development, and continuous releases
- Enjoy working remotely with tools like Figma, Miro, Notion, Teams, G Suite
