We work in small pods that are aligned to business themes. Each pod has a Tech Lead Manager, a Product Manager, Designer, and two to three software engineers.


    • Own a product theme
    • Estimate and breakdown projects
    • Ensure best practices are followed
    • Cultivate a culture of empathy and continuous improvement
    • Work closely with Product Lead & DoE to execute roadmap items
    • Manage & mentor 2+ engineers
    • Recruit & hire additional engineers as needed

Skills we are looking for:

    • At least 5 years experience working on the backend with a tool like: flask, django, ruby-on-rails, go
    • 5+ years on the frontend a framework like: react, vue, or angular
    • Understanding of restful api design
    • Familiarity with sql and non-sql databases
    • At least 5 years of experience with React or a similar framework in a production environment
    • Excited about delivering quality software and are familiar with unit and acceptance testing frameworks
    • Comfortable in a modern software engineering environment with distributed source code control, blue-green deployment, and continuous deployment
    • Experience with Amazon Web Services
    • Experience working remotely or working with remote team members
